Admission is complimentary for qualified registrants. All Government registrations are subject to review for approval.

Includes current elected officials and employees of a United States or Canadian federal, state, or local government entity.

Non-Profit or Academic

Non-Profit includes tax-exempt organizations in different sections of the tax code including Section 501(c)(3), (4), (5), and (6). Academic includes students currently enrolled (actively taking courses) or active faculty members. A valid .edu email address is required to submit an Academic registration.

All Non-Profit and Academic registrations are subject to review for approval.

Modify / Update Your Registration

Already registered and need to make changes? Follow the instructions below.

  • Click here to view/modify your registration. 
  • Enter your confirmation number and email address used to register. 
  • On the next page, click “Modify/Update Registration.” 
  • Navigate the multi-page registration form to edit contact information, select conference sessions, etc.
Fraudulent Attendee List Warning

To protect the privacy and security of our attendees, we adhere to strict confidentiality policies. We do not share or sell our attendee list. Be aware of fraudulent companies claiming to sell or distribute the California Hydrogen Leadership Summit (CHLS) attendee list. Should anyone contact you about this, inform Show Management immediately at events@trccompanies.com.

Group Discounts

Group discounts will be available after February 28. No code is required as the discount will automatically apply on the registration payment page in accordance with the highest number of registrants in the group. 

Group discounts cannot be applied retroactively to existing registrations, nor can individual registrations be combined to apply the group discount. Partial refunds cannot be issued should new attendees be added to the group after the initial group registration was submitted and processed for payment.

Travel Visa

You must first register for the 2025 California Hydrogen Leadership Summit (CHLS). We strongly recommend doing as early as possible, so you have time to submit your invitation letter request before the deadline: Friday, May 16, 2025. After this date we are unable to process invitation letters. Requests must be sent to registration@trccompanies.com.

Please provide the following in your email request:

  • Name
  • Home Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Current Employer
  • Position/Title
  • Passport Number
  • Passport Issuing Country
  • Passport Expiration Date
  • Name of Consulate/Embassy for Your Scheduled Visa Appointment
  • Date and Time of Your Visa Appointment
  • Expected Travel Dates (No more than 5 days before or after the event, for questions please contact registration@trccompanies.com.)
  • Optional: Brief explanation on the value of you attending ACT Expo.

Allow up to 2 weeks for processing once you have provided the required information. Be sure to check with your local consulate and the U.S. Department of State’s Business Visa Center regarding rules, regulations, and wait times for the United States. More information about obtaining a visa can be found on the U.S. Department of State website.

Credit Card Charges

If you paid via credit card, you acknowledged and agreed that your 2025 California Hydrogen Leadership Summit (CHLS) registration charges will appear as TRC Environmental Corporation. If a dispute or denial of the charge occurs, and payment is not re-submitted, your registration(s) will be canceled, and registrant(s) will not be able to pick up their badge(s).

Registration Refund Policy

Registration refund requests must be submitted to registration@trccompanies.com. If your cancelation request is received by April 18, 2025, you will receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee for Industry/CHBC Member/Sponsor registrations and less $50 for Non-profit/Academic registrations. If approved, please allow up to four weeks for refund processing. After April 18, 2025, refunds will not be processed, however, substitutions are permitted until June 2, 2025. No substitutions will be allowed on-site. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are a “no-show.”

Badge Policy

Badge sharing, splitting or duplicating made outside of the official CHLS registration system are strictly prohibited. Any registrant found in violation of this policy will have their badge confiscated, and they will be removed from CHLS immediately and forfeit attendance eligibility. All badge printing is done onsite in Sacramento. No badges are mailed to registrants prior to CHLS. All attendees must pick up their own badge; no one is permitted to pick up a badge on someone’s behalf. Attendees will be required to show a valid government-issued photo ID to pick up their badge.
